Thankful that Best Buy has a recycling program for old electronics no matter how old, what brand or where you bought it. Simply bring to Customer Service. No paperwork or questions. Super simple. Been cleaning out ours and parents house of old broken outdated TVs, computers, gadgets, etc.
I love this bestbuy. They take the time to check for lower prices if you ask. The customer service is amazing. The auto tech guys do a great job. I'm very happy with my last couple of big purchases there.

So they don’t make my delivery because there was ice in my driveway ( FYI we live in New England ) so then they took it upon themselves to reschedule my delivery at their convenience (without even telling me about it) I call to complain. Manger pretends to make it right by offering me a smaller, used fridge, for the same price!! ( Lucky Me!!) I will never shop here again!
I went to the store with the intention of buying a particular Blue tooth speaker where I was helped by a young man named Richard. He was very polite, approachable and offered to demonstrate the different speakers in the store. He even offered to play one of my favorite songs so that I could really relate to the product.
