Best Buy's Geek Squad doesn't stand behind their warranty! Managers at that location don't seem to care about issues that constantly go on with that that location, so I decided to say something, especially for those who won't say anything. The managers at the Beaumont, TX location go above and beyond for their customers! If you insist on shopping at Best Buy: Go To Beaumont, it's worth the drive!
The service was absolutely outstanding. I was looking at TVs, and the gentleman who helped me was actually able to answer all of my ridiculous number of questions.
Rude customer service. The employees in store don’t have a clue about the products they are selling.
Multiple employees pretended they didn’t know anything about a promotion that went on for a month. Basically told us we were lying about it. PATHETIC. Could have just said they didn’t have any more in stock or they ran out but instead acted clueless. And if they really didn’t see the 15 foot sign and display then i would suggest getting new employees who actually pay attention.
