We ordered a tv at 1pm today and were told it would be ready in 1 hour. We are here at the store now at 7:55pm and have been trying to call the store since 2pm and no one answers the phone period. This has been a horrible experience and their customer service is just plain awful. Will never shop here again.
Got a voice message about an application I put in for, but the person was so muffled and talked so fast couldn’t get any info from them on how to contact them back. Don’t waste my time if I can’t even get back at you for a job, very unprofessional people.
Drove out in a snow storm bought a certified lab top was told everything was inside it with a check list got home and was missing the power supply and there was no check list Return the laptop and ask to replace it with a new one There was only a 25 dollars difference and refused ask to talk to manager and some young man came out and said his was the manager full of crap I would never do business or buy a certified anything from Best Buy POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Got here at 4:30pm for the 5pm door busters, come to find out they passed out tickets hours earlier so people were able to get them, go home, not wait in the cold and then go get the TV I wanted. False advertising or at least misleading. Didn’t buy anything. Won’t go back.
I went in to purchase car audio equipment. the only available person was trying to tell my mom 1500 is the cheapest system without install. I walked out with almost everything with install for 900. they will try and take advantage of people who don't no better. called caleb the manager asked about them giving me the speakers the demanded my car didn't take or an I'm sorry gift card. nothing. about to pull 900 worth and take it somewhere else.
A big shoutout to Andy at the Victor Best Buy !! Very knowledgeable about the computer I bought and great customer service. Thank you Andy!!
