Horrible customer service. Best Buy and their Geek Squad is a joke and I see the reviews here so I am not alone with bad experience here. I was there yesterday and today looking for a particular CD that came out Tuesday and still didn't had it today. No one was asking me for help because they were concentrating on selling any electronic tablets, cell phones, etc. Music CDs, DVD's or Blue Ray DVDs was the last thing on their minds. I had to go to another Best Buy and found the CD real quick. if they get the new releases quicker, then I would change my review but I am calling it as I see it.
