Consumer Alert! So, last night I bought a TV at Best Buy. Upon completion of hooking it up, I found that the remote was defective. The only button that worked was the up channel changing one, no power, no volume, no down channel, could only change the channel up 1channel at a time. I have never had a bad experience with this store. Any returns were accepted and refunded. Any products worked perfectly out of the box. All employees were helpful. Unfortunately this location is closing in a few months permenantly. Horrible decision from Best Buy management. You just gave Amazon even more customers.
