So I came to this store looking for new car speakers. I stood there checking out speakers I might want to purchase, and no one was in a hurry to help. As I started walking around, all I saw were blue shirts with their heads down looking at their phones. Super unprofessional and very aggravating. I bought a movie instead of the 4 car speakers I came for. I don’t know if they work off commission, but you lost a pretty good chunk of it today. Get your house in order.
Horrible customer service. Not helpful at all. Just nasty attitudes in their TV department.
RecommendedMany thanks to the folks in the computer and Geek Squad.. my old laptop decided to quit on Sunday. i purchased a new one, and they quickly got it all ready and files transferred by Monday. This was important as i was leaving Tuesday morning to assist with hurricane clean up in Florida from Michael. Thanks so much!! They kept in touch with progress and everything was done on time.
Worst in customer service...went to return a little speaker... they refused the return I was a few days over the 15 day return policy. So....I will cancel the 5 video games on pre order ...cancel my credit account...and say kiss my ass goodbye
Bought a new Vizio TV for $502.00. Went out 23 days later. No replacement after 15 days. Really 15 days! Directed me to Vizio. They will make a service call in 5-7 days. Of course will need to be on my time. What happened to taking care of the customer? Did I get a lemon or is Vizio just that bad? Talking to the salesman he did a great job selling me on this piece of junk. Guess I should have bought Samsung. Next time not a Vizio and not from Best Buy. Live and learn.
Called the store to find out if they had a particular dell desktop in stock and waited 15min on hold before the system just hung up on me. Then I went to the store and asked to speak to the manager and he couldn't be bothered so I left. I will not be back, micro center has the same model and will also price match.
$4 a foot for a cord that literally lasted a month before starting to act up. After 2 weeks of acting up won't Charge my gps. They won't exchange cords.
Awful store. Very expensive compared to local and online shops. Can never get help.
I think it’s a great place and very helpful staff.. Unfortunately my experience was ruined when I got to the parking lot and some stupid kid in a black 90s POS Chevrolet S 10 Hit my car door And just looked at me with a Stupid look on his face and he just pulled away without apologizing or anything!! Way to go kid you are exactly what is wrong with the world today. Tell your parents that they failed.
