Went to return a camera after it failed on a shoot purchased one week earlier. After finding a overheating issue with the camera. I Pulled up in the Covid 19 line outside and a Best Buy employee the next day and he took the camera and came back in less than 10 mins and told me that “Geek Squad” unpacked it and examines the camera in less than 10 mins from him leaving the parking lot and determined that the camera was good to go and if I wanted to returned for a refund for defective equipment that I would be charged a $240+ f... read more
Bought an $80 wifi device that I was assured would work for me. Long story short, it didn't despite multiple tries. I just tried to return it, but it was "outside" of the return time. The young lady at the counter wasn't very helpful. So buyer beware - their return policy stinks. I couldn't even get store credit because it was open! Just so you know Best Buy, your employees agree with me on the rotten return policy. I will never buy anything from you again!

Be aware of the return policy. Hubby bought a Fitbit charge 3 for Xmas. It suddenly wouldn't hold a charge. 2 days past return date. I tried to return it to Best Buy. They wanted nothing to do with it. I couldn't exchange or return. So, that's the end of buying things there. There policy is disgusting. That's alright! Our Best Buy card soon will need to be renewed. That's not happening. Get it together Best Buy!
They dont even deserve 1 star ,specially their manager Tim who is very rude and disrespectful with the customers thanks to who he get his paycheck,because of their mistake i have bills to pay that dont belong to me and im trying to solve this for more than a month now and they cant do a think,shame on you and you not gonna see me spending another penny with this company!!!!!
