Severely slow Geek Squad. I had a 5:00 appointment. I watched the Geek Squad talk on a telephone for 15 minutes!!!I had to complain to get service. Not a good visit. Oh, there was no one in the store.
I shop there on a regular basis and have never had such service disappointment as I experienced this past week. I purchased the Samsung S9+ on Wednesday, June 13th, along with case for it and the additional warranty protection. The associate then did not inform me that I needed a micro SIM card and I had to go purchase that at a another store near my home when I discovered it. I took my computer into the Allen Park Best Buy because my e mails shut down and would not let me access them. I was frantic cause I could not understand what was going on. Reggie was my GeekSquad agent. He was so patient and took all the time he needed walking through each phase he had to in order to restore my e mail accounts!!
