Sticking with Amazon from now on. After trying to figure out an issue with the outsourced customer service for over an hour, I went into the store and they said to come back the next day and they'd figure it out for me. I called the customer service line directly for this store and got voicemail, so I left one. A day later I called again and left another voicemail. I called again the next day and got voicemail, but decided to return the Nintendo Switch I bought. 10/10 do not recommend 🤙🏻
DO NOT come to this Best Buy if you’re trying to demo headphones. On two separate occasions I’ve driven out here to demo and make a purchase and both times, none of their equipment is working. Management will not do what they can to ensure you’re able to demo the product, like perhaps open a new pair. If you’re planning on dropping $250+ on a pair of headphones, you should be able to demo.
Recommended5 stars I came in last minute on Christmas Eve and asked Andrew for help finding the movie Elf and he enlisted Zack to help. They looked throughout the entire store and found me one! Without their kindness and diligence our Christmas tradition wouldnt be complete. Thank you so very much!

Filthy bathrooms and being followed stero typing by workers. Uncomfortable.
Geek squad tech fried my husbands computer mother board. Showed my husband wrong part to buy, installed it, killed computer. Tells supervisor he didnt show my husband anything. Managers say its my husbands fault for buying the wrong part. $700 to fix. What happen to the customer is always right or just plain integrity. Wont be shopping here again.
