If a zero was possible, they would get it!! Worst customer service. The only reason we purchased the pad from them was the warranty. Guess What? The guy lied so now I have to go through Amazon. Hope Amazon puts them out of business.
Really you invite people out for your Thanksgiving Day “awesome” sale and put them in line around back of building, to tell them you already gave out your 20 vouchers??? Gee, I wonder why people were irritated? Then your staff (the lady by the way, very rude) tells customers they have no idea what other TVs are comparable and on sale. Went over to Walmart paid 50.00 more and got a bigger tv of the same brand and type. Think you might need to tweak your sale. Just saying!!!!
Time will determ if it was a good day or really bad I've had continuous trouble with my hp since I bought. I asked if I could return it and get a Mac. When it is checked out and it is totally trashed then they may give me a trade in value
