I ordered my stove two weeks ago...it was delayed getting to the store. I had to order a stove because Best Buys warranty service said my tenants stove was infested with roaches and wouldn't honor the $300+ warranty! And Best Buys warranty is first before Samsung warranty kicks in ...did I tell you the stove was barley a year old!!! So, im out of the money for the stove and the warranty so I had to get another stove...and unfortunately due to the tariffs, stove prices are ridiculous!!!! Which brings me back to Best buy!!! Alan (the Tech) was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process (replaced my stock speakers in my F-150). I want to also thank the Gentleman that was working the Geek Squad desk Friday afternoon (27Feb) and informed me that the Warner Robins location had a new tech for car audio installation (I was prepared to go to the McDonough location).

I put in an online order and when I got there it was not ready (no big deal). After waiting 30 minutes by the counter I get an email telling me my order has been canceled. I walk the 10 feet to the register and ask what happened and they said they didnt have it. I asked if there was anything the could do to help me since ive been waiting for so long, but no help was offered. No offer of looking for the like product, no discount for another similar product, nothing helpful- just a staff that looked like you are bothering them... read more
