I have been on hold waiting for tech support for over an hour. Called the manager on another phone and still on hold for him over 20 minutes.
RecommendedWe went to the store today to find a 65” TV. After driving Dan crazy with price tags which were misplaced he finally found us one in the price range we were looking for. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was not only a good salesman but he was very down to earth and even engaged my daughter and taught her a few things. He also helped us bring it to the car and loaded it with my husband. If we ever need something from Best Buy electronics again, Dan is our guy. Thanks Dan!! Happy New Year!!

AWESOME STEVE!!!!! A Best Buy Update...well, if you remember I brought my Lenovo laptop to the Geek Squad at the Manahawkin Best Buy store. It had just a separation in the plastic frame encasing the LCD screen...Well, the repair shop in Kentucky cracked my screen and wouldn't own up to it...so to make a long story short, after fighting with the Kentucky factory for 2 months, I spoke to the Manahawkin Best Buy manager...AWESOME STEVE. Deicent store but very tight area to drive in. Area is also expensive for what you get.
Great service today from associate Katy. She listen to my issue, was very patient and very caring....in the end she hooked me up with what I needed and sent me home all under one hour. This is what customer service looks like......thanks Katy!
If you shop at @BestBuyManahawkin be very careful if you open up a BB Credit Account. Someone stole my Identity and tried to order an Iphone X and open an account with Verizon. Luckily I caught it in time and the order was intercepted by Verizon's fraud department. I now have a subscription to ID Theft protection. How do I know that this has something to do with BB you may ask yourself ? Because this all started after I opened the account and gave them all my personal info such as SS# and such.
