Can you believe Best Buy lost a desktop. We had Them recover data from a hard drive that seem to be crashed. Best Buy took out the hard drive and sent it to Kentucky. They told me today that the person who brought the computer in said to recycle the box. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD SAY THAT. Either someone at Best Buy got a free computer or they took it and just threw it away. In the 30+ years I been in the business I never heard of such a thing. Best Buy must make this good. Does anybody at this location ever answer a phone??? Anytime I’ve ever called, even when given a direct extension, it rings until you get put on hold....I end up hanging up after 15 mins of nobody picking up the phone!
Do not order anything from this company. I ordered a very expensive item. It was delivered broken. They will not come back and pick it up. They expect me to deliver a 100 lb item to them myself. No way! I have reversed the charge on my credit card, and if they want it, that can come get it. Buy from Amazon, that guarantee their delivery. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
Had the Geek Squad helping me with a data transfer. Andrew was excellent!!!
They were helpful. But didn't have what I was after. I'll go home and order online. Yeah I know best buy has an online store. But while I was in your store, I was your customer. Going online, it's anyone's game.
