Superior! The guys knew exactly what to do it and 9idid it.
I purchased a broken tv, then it was replaced with another broken tv. Then was asked to drive it another 2 hours to get my money back after already driving over 150miles, 5 hours in the car, and over 5 hours on the phone with several different departments to resolve my issue. However, my issue is still unresolved. I do not want to drive any more, I do not want this product from Best Buy, I do want my money back.
Managed to get my order a Shipped to the wrong address after two confirmations, a impressive level of inadequacy
Horrible experience at this location. Purchase a laptop and was told to pick up 4 days later. Went back to the store and of course the laptop wasn't there, and came to find out that they never placed the order. Customer service was horrible because I was told to pick up the laptop but I never got a phone call to let me know that my order had not yet arrived. Don't allow the employee named "DILLARD" to assist you.. He is sarcastic, will mock you after you speak, and then if.. you ask him why he is acting like that? He will point to the door like he is the President or owner.. baffling as if he has some personality disorder with his facial expressions and hand gestures.. really, really weird to be allowed to work at any job... I have been going to this best buy for 12 years now. They have always been real great to me and my husband. You actually see the management team helping out there employees when they get busy (they don't just stand around and watch like Walmart does) and that's a big plus for me. The employees are knowledgeable. When you need big appliances, shipping is super fast and the delivery guys are great! I would definitely recommend this store. I waited 30 minutes in Cell Phone Area while 6 employees were playing around and never helped me. When I requested for help, they denied. They told me if I had a problem to talk to the manager instead. They were very rude and disrespectful to clients who pay their salary.
