I've been to the store many times and made several fairly large purchases including a laptop computer. Their staff are generally knowledgeable about the products. The prices are reasonable as well, especially if you wait for a sale.

I mainly come to Best Buy when I need to go to the phone kiosk. The employees here are very helpful and typically very knowledgable about any questions you have.
