LETS PUT THE CUSTOMER - LAST!! I drove 20 minutes to this Mansfield, ma location. I needed 2 USB-C flash drives for a last minute work project. They only had 1 of the size I needed. I grabbed that and 1 of the next size up assuming because they didn’t have 2 (shelves are barren in this place). Price difference is $18. I love this Best Buy! It is one of the best in the area, and the people are SO nice, especially Wendy!!
Price on shelf was not the same as at register. Don’t know if this was a stocking mistake or a scam. You don’t get this with Amazon.
Today was a little wait but the cashier at customer service was a nice person. Another good experience.
unbelievable horrible service. I bought a phone 2 days ago and having issues and went in and asked for help. they said they could charge me to look at the phone, WHAT. I just bought the phone. They said if I have to replace the phone with a different one they would need to charge me to a restocking fee, WHAT!!! I just bought the phone.
