I went to Best Buy looking for a laptop, and was immediately greeted by 2 employees. One showed me to another employee in the computer department who was able to assist me in my purchase. Great customer service.
Best Buy Owensboro says they install remote start systems, but I was told by the clerk that they couldn't service me because their technician wasn't even trained to install them
