Horrible! Start by answering your phones!!! Waited on hold for over an hour no one ever answers.
Worst customer service, bought online to pick up Instore, go there and item not there!!! Calling to resolve another nightmare, ask for item to be delivered, then week later get email saying item not available for delivery! This company is a joke!!!!
I went first to another store to buy a MacBook and they didn't answer my questions at all, so I decided to go to Best Buy in Flushing (near my house) so there at the beginning we had to look for a customer representative to help us. Thanks God we got Miko, she was so helpful and wonderful person.. she explained to us and answer all our questions. I am glad she was there! For sure, I will be back soon!
