I went in this week for an iPad repair . my person Sam on geek squad was awesome. he helped me out in a pinch even though I didn't have an appt. my new iPad was back in 1 day because he did a great job . he's a life saver !!#
Bad the seller dont understand anything about eletronic. the assistance( attendance) is very bad. it s better buy in AMAZON
Better customer service..Competent Customer Service.... ...Horrible service, ...closed Tuesdays? No one answers the phone..its layered in messages and phones that ring nowhere...I need to let the tech there in the car installation area His name is Will...(It will be the fourth time I come back) that the sound is not fading and only the front speakers are getting sound....I have to bring it in AGAIN for him to fix.....
I have tried to call on a few occasions and guess what they never will answer there Phone whats the point in even having a phone if you never will answer it to help customers
