Warranty and geek squad process is the Pitts . They will not survive the retail apocalypse with a piss poor attitude .Their hands are tied and they can’t give support or replace your appliance due to no parts and a heel dragging process extended warranty is worthless and they really don’t want to give refund or exchange with very little consideration for the customer .don’t buy your electronics there save your self the grief. If you you like the run around and the shaft then Best Buy is the place.
