They made promise that they did NOT honor. Warranty sucks . They just want to sell the product even if they have to lie to do so then not stand behind it ! Call me I'll give ya details. They are crooks .

Warranty and geek squad process is the Pitts . They will not survive the retail apocalypse with a piss poor attitude .Their hands are tied and they can’t give support or replace your appliance due to no parts and a heel dragging process extended warranty is worthless and they really don’t want to give refund or exchange with very little consideration for the customer .don’t buy your electronics there save your self the grief. If you you like the run around and the shaft then Best Buy is the place.
