I just went there to try and find something for my daughter and I was having trouble so I went up to a GROUP of employees and one of them didn’t even acknowledge me after i politely said excuse me can you please help me than when another employee finally decided to ask me what I need I asked if what I had was the right item and he said no and that was it. not one single person offered to assist me or somewhat point me in the right direction..I will never step foot in this place again

I went in the store, in Mohegan to upgrade my phone and Gabby was very proffessional and knowledgeable . She helped us and got us thru everything quickly and efficiently

Their Geek Squad warranty is a fraud and scam. DON'T BUY IT. When you need service they give you run around and you may have tow ait 2-3 weeks for the guy to even show up. Then he orders part which takes another 3-5 days and then another 1 week for them to come in to repair. They have one guy doing service for three counties. It is a joke. DON'T BUY extended service from best buy.
Just spent 40 min on hold and no one picked up. Pretty sad.
