The teenagers working there need customer service skills. And the one who called himself a manager had to be asked 4 times before he admitted he wasn’t the dang manager. Supposed to be a walk-in and exchange and they tell me I have to pay for a different (but equal model), take a lower quality product, wait and have item mailed sometime next week. Not much of a choice for a product that was a Christmas gift to my son and worked for less than 6 weeks

I went in to EXCHANGE my 43 inch Roku tv and the customer service representative gave me a refund for it automatically right after I had said I was gonna go look for another tv!!! Not cool now I have to wait 2-3 business days for the tv that I found and seeing that it is on sale and only 3 left, good luck to me huh!!! Totally not professional Best Buy!!! It will take a ton of things to happen for me to think about stepping foot in this location again!!!
Your employees could try something called "customer service". I could not get help today at my local Pueblo store, and I gave up after 10 minutes. 4 employees were too busy chit-chatting away on the floor. Whatever they were discussing was far more important than helping me buy a monitor. A 5th was busy holding up a counter with his butt, and purposely avoided making eye contact with me. I still need a monitor, but I will have to go find a store that wants to sell me one. :(
Very good service & expert advice to assist with our purchase.
I purchased a washer and dryer a week ago. It’s finally my delivery date and they call me more than half way through the delivery window to tell me that someone cut the fuel line on their truck and they don’t know when they can deliver the products. We called the store and the employees were completely rude and unprofessional. Finally we spoke with the store manager Lynn who was very kind and professional and made sure we had a resolution. But I can say I won’t be buying anything from them again.
Everyone was very helpful, curtious and knowledgeable. I'll definitely shop here again.
