What good is it to schedule an appointment at Best Buy in Houma, to get service when they tell you they can’t do it when you drive out there and wait 😳 and wait 😳, yes wait after my appointment time, but if I didn’t have an appointment they would have sent me away 😠. All that needed to be done was change the battery on a IPhone7+ and when I made the appointment they accepted it. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! #justsaying #bestbuynotthebest #iphone #doesapplereallycare

The salesperson told my hubby my new laptop would have EVERYTHING TRANSFERRED from my old laptop to it by the Geek Squad for an additional $100. He paid it so my new laptop would be fully functional afterwards. He was ALSO told that if we made an appointment it would only take 1 to 1 1/2 HOURS. Well...2 DAYS LATER & $40 more and all that was transferred was my data!!!! NO PROGRAMS!!! As you know... data without programs is USELESS!! Brilliant idea in a region where there are far fewer options for video media than in most other places to do away with your TV and Movie department. This leaves people in the general area with the option to either make a costly and unnecessary trip to a store fifty or more miles away to make sure they know what they're getting (especially in the case of Best Buy exclusives), or to buy them sight unseen and depend on USPS to deliver them intact.
