Drives me nuts when im trying to find out if a item is in stock and I'm on hold for 20 mins. I was able to drive to the store before any one answered and then to see all the employees bsing with each other and no one in the store shopping . Pick up the phone and be productive
TV stopping working this afternoon. Walk-in Rich and Santi took care us immediatley. I couldnt ask for anything more. Best customer service!!! Go check them out!!!

There are almost zero customers in the store at 10:30 AM on a Monday morning and lots of employees who can't be bothered answering the phone??? I only wanted to know if something was in stock and your automated search said this can only be done at the store. I tried to get a human on the line, but after 30 minutes of being on hold I decided to buy on Amazon. This is why stores are going out of business. Does anyone care about he customer anymore ?
