I ordered a package on Monday June 13th that said it would be available for pickup by Wednesday June 15th. After calling to confirm if the package was in the store the customer representative told me it won't be delivered to the store until a week from today. I can understand a day or two but a week after the date you told me it would be available is unacceptable. You should be honest with your customers.
