Best Buy is not checking IDs for store pick up and giving items to the wrong people. On top of it they are not rectifying the situation after they have done it. I’ve seen multiple videos online that these are employees stealing the guests items The manager there admitted to me that they don’t check IDs. They gave a $365 item that I purchased to a stranger and will not refund me
This location is trash! They are rude and disrespectful, don’t follow through on repairs, and are ignorant when it comes to customer service. We will NOT be returning to this store and will NOT be using the Geek Squad for any of our future needs. They’ve had my computer for over a month, we were called to pick up the computer, upon receiving it, it STILL DID NOT WORK!!
Set up a installation for today . When I arrived for the appointment I was told they did not have enough time to do the job . So for a mess up on your end your team simply said sorry and nothing more. I have been waiting 2 weeks for this and had a ride come from a hour away. Very unhappy with Best Buy In Bolingbrook,IL.
Best Buy is a very crooked company. They said the item I got for our daughters birthday was in stock and would be delivered before her birthday. I got an email this morning stating the item is delayed until November 4th at that point they will determine if the item will come in so they can send it out or I can choose to cancel and get a refund at that point. I went to the Bolingbrook Best Buy had a good experience. I only needed a new charging cable for my iPhone, but I did look at the appliances. That staff was very friendly. I checked out and left if I could give 10 Stars I would.
This store is awful!! Trying to purchase a fridge has never been so difficult. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!
