Purchased Sony XR77” TV 3/2022 along with a pair of Bowers Wilkins speakers + Bass and Sony receiver. Cables and installation too. Over 5000 total. No extended warranty. I get it no warranty. Out of luck. But a 2700 TV shouldn’t break after only 10 months of use.( here in Fla half the year) I wasn’t looking for a new TV. But WTF? Some kind of discount would have been appreciated. I was in this Best Buy location on Sunday because I had switched my phone providers and received confirmation from my new phone provider that my phone number had been transferred to this new provider. However, my phone wasn't taking or making calls. A Geek Squad employee spent about 20 minutes trying to fix it, was unable to do so, and referred me to the "Mobile" desk. There, a wonderful, wonderful employee by the name of Claire sat with me for almost a half-hour working on my phone and advising me about it.
