Today I went to Best Buy to have my camera cleaned as part of the 1 year protection plan that I purchased 1 year ago today, exactly. I was informed that my plan expired yesterday and that they would not provide the cleaning service. I showed the receipt that shows the exact date of 8/18/2019, 1 year plan. Posting here because it seems to be impossible for the last two weeks to get a resolution to being ripped off. Ive reached out to Best Buy and geek squad multiple times since my appliances were installed on the 13th. First problem is one of the items on my receipt a water kit for our fridge was simply not delivered. Im sure it has a lot to do with the delivery teams incompetence. The worst experience ever buying a refridgerator, it arrived broken, the delivery person did not know how to hook up the icemaker, and instead of hauling away the old one, which I paid for, they left it on the sidewalk. Never Again.
I can't thank Mikel for all the help he gave me yesteday with my phone "situation". I knew it wasnt going to be pretty, but he made it painless. Very knowledgeable and patient. I will definitely be going back to him for all my phone needs Thank you Mikel!!!!!!!
This store is absolutely horrible. They have the worst return/exchange policy of any retail chain. I just bought a brand new Samsung Galaxy Tab E Tablet which cost more than 200.00. The tablet is less than a month old and has a flickering blue screen with video playback. They refused to exchange the product for one that works properly. Most of the employees are lazy and could care less about customer service unless they are trying to upsell you. I would never spend a dime in the store again.
So waited a week for the delivery of our fridge and it was broken and now I’ll probably wait another week. Oh ya and I have to wait until the delivery guys bring the fridge back to schedule delivery of a non broken fridge. How is that my problem. So disgusted. So no fridge at all now and I’ll probably not have one for another week.
