After a delivery no show on Friday I received a call today that they only rescheduled the fridge door reversal service for today! But they never rescheduled the fridge delivery! How are you supposed to reverse a door on a fridge that hasn’t been delivered yet?!?! I am one very frustrated mama who ended up just cancelling the fridge order all together. I am back to square one because I NEED A NEW GARAGE FRIDGE! I will never buy from Best Buy again!! Save your money and go somewhere else.
Brought my laptop into the Geeks, they were supposed to clean it up, install Windows 10, and it was supposed to be quicker. I did get Windows 10. But nothing else, took it back again and was told it was all good. Now I need to buy a new laptop, but it won’t be a Best Buy.
Everyone is so helpful in there never had a problem �have been going there for years had trouble with my phone and it was not the phone it was my internet at home that was causing the problem they weren’t giving me the right speed that I was paying for they told me to check that and they were right �
I needed a new tablet for my 10yr old and the guy who helped me was awsome. Not only did he guide me to pick the right one but helped my daughter agree which one was best for her. He made her feel comfortable and joked around with her while giving me all the needed facts. And too top it off it wasn't even the most expensive one. My husband and I stopped in today to look at purchasing a new tv, as our current one stopped working. We live in Naples and looked at that store first and honestly didn't find anything or have the best service. We figured we would just check Coconut Point and see if they had anything different. At the store we were helped by Logan M and Tim the General Manager and not only ended up purchasing a new tv but both agree that it is worth the drive to visit that location instead of Naples!
