I truly do not enjoy voicing negative comments That being said, I came away from visiting BestBuy. I was searching for a shredder. I walked around looking for one and not being able to find one I went to the counter in the area. No one assisted me. No one except for another customer. I realize service has change because of the economy. The change is unwelcomed.
The gentleman who helped me was able to find a replacement mouse for my system. It did cost a little bit more, but I didn't even know that it existed. Excellent customer service!
Customer service is horrible, call center galore. You can’t speak to a manager or supervisor and they instead tell you to go to the store directly to place complaints. The representatives are dead set on not really helping you and LOVE talking in circles or placing blame on you as the customer. Product wise, well never got it. Moved to a new home and was actively trying to update my address and had to reach out through live chat to try and get it done. Still they sent my product to the wrong address.
