Just had a horrible experience at Best Buy Montgomeryville. Manager Andy was extremely rude and unprofessional. We had an appointment with the Geek Squad for our laptop. When we called to make the appointment 2 months ago we were told that there was no availability due to Covid and that our warranty would be extended by 30 days- we took the first available appointment. We went in today to pick up Kindle Fire Kids tablets for both of our kids. We had alot of questions on why we should buy those over the regular kindle fire and had 3 people trying to help get us what would work best for us. We have a 7yo and an 8 yo. We ended up getting a pink and a blue Kindle Fire Kids due to the fact it had twice as much space as what we were looking at in the regular kindle fire better parental controls and a 2 year worry free warranty included. poor customer service. Rude employees and rude Manager. Brought my wife's Laptop into Best Buy to be sent out to repair. Estimate was $566 for a $200 laptop.send back unrepairable. Went to pick it up yesterday at BB Montgomeryville, PA. Waited 1/2 hour. Nobody would acknowledge my presence. Kim from the Geek Squad finally came out of the back to wait on me.
