The staff at the Return Desk were Awesome! They did Not have to keep asking the manager for help and they were able to solve problems quickly. I like this store! They also had a Beats Audio Rep there to answer questions!

Horrible customer service – The return policy is apparently written in stone. My son didn't want to hurt my feelings by telling me that he already had an iPod docking station like the one I gave him for Christmas. When I realized it wasn't being used, I was past the 30 day mark in trying to return the item -- unopened, unharmed, and an item that is still on the shelf for sale at the same price I paid. Save your money and buy online – Go in to Best Buy and play with the stuff and then go home and buy online. Their stuff had some incredibly high markups. Don't their customers shop around? Who the hell pays that much for equipment and CDs? And what about their customer service? Geeze, I think they get their employees from the guys who got fired from the electronics section at Wal-Mart for playing with the stuff.

Best CD store – They always have any CD i am looking for and at a great price - about $5 less than other CD stores I've checked. Plus, the electronics selection is excellent.
