What is up with dissing Santa Ok I don't like Best Buy to begin with because of customer service but what is up with disrespecting Santa in their commericals? STOP.
Never Again I wish there was a zero star rating because that is what they deserve.I will never shop at any best buy or bestbuy online again. I bought a laptop online and then they cancelled my order for no reason. I spent over an hour on the phone with them. Then I bought one in the store and it had a hardware defect. Best Buy is my audio/visual department store If I'm looking for something in the audio/visual arena, I always come here first. I have boughten many things here over the years they have been open. I've checked out the competition (Circuit City) and do not like it (though my husband thinks they are fine). I think the service there is wonderful...I have not had any problem at getting help if I needed it.
