My father in-law has been on hold for almost 2 hours because someone was able to come into this store and walk out with his order. So he decided to call this sad excuse for a Best Buy and still is on hold trying to figure out what is going on and why they let someone collect his order without any information. This is ridiculous and we will no longer go to this Best Buy or tell people to go here.

I went to the store to return the TV I bought exactly three hours ago because it was broken. The manager mistreated me and told me to go to other branch as I bought TV from Allen park branch and not Dearborn. I thought you can return stuff at any branch. Also he check the TV and never told me that he can not do anything about it for 30minutes. Such a waste of time. Your store is the wosrt I brought a stereo today and after walking outside pass the two set of doors one of you employee followed me outside and ask to look at the receipt back in the store it's like he was calling me a thief. Next time I will get it from Amazon.
