Horrible service. We knew exactly what we wanted. We weren't acknowledged once. Not a sorry, be with you in a moment. Not an empty offer to see if anyone else is available to help. Just one sales person, trying his damnedest to squeeze someone into TVs they had no interest in, while we sat there waiting without so much as a hello. After an hour we gave up and decided to find what we want somewhere else.

Extremely rude staff . The “ security guard” that is standing in front of the store decided to ask me about my medical conditions after he saw me coughing . I told him that was illegal and he laughed. I’d never go back to that store again .

Ordered an IPad Mini last week for a pickup June 16. They said I’d get an email when TJ pick it up. The store closes at 6pm and it’s now 6 and I didn’t get anything. I tried called the store about 3pm and all you get is gmail jail. Their website was no better. I tried to do a chat and it said they were very busy and nobody picked up. The worst customer service from a company that I’ve seen in years. I guess they’ll tell me to get it tomorrow, who knows.

Angelo and Jessica - this store practices discriminatory policies for returns , making an exception for an Apple Watch return past the holiday return period , which is also an exception to Best Buy’s cellular items return policy , for another customer and not accepting a return for a non cellular item that I was returning , right after her return was processed as a return to her credit card , but I was told that mine would only be store credit , even as I was going to purchase a different item . I have to give 5 stars because their customer service is legendary! I had a computer that was defective. It was 8 days past the return date and the entire hard drive crashed and was $1200 to repair. I "Flipped out" and demanded to speak to a manager. Tony, the manager, came over, calmed me down, and completely refunded me. We tried getting another of the same computer but it was on back order, so he had Brian, one of his sales assosicates, come and help me pick out another one.
