They are crooks; organized crime. If you ask them what product fits your need they'll lie and say the wrong one. Then they won't let you return it. They sell defective products off their shelves and create a loophole so you can't return it. They goad you into paying for a warrantee, then dispose of the record or create a loophole where it's invalid. They attempt to walk off with documentation so they can dispose of it. Sold my husband a TV that doesn’t work. We took it out of the box and in inside of the tv is broken. They said it’s not their problem. Don’t shop there.
Bought a $1000 plus product from Best Buy on june 26, 2020. Here we are three months later product doesn’t work and Best Buy service just hangs up on us. Shop elsewhere. I get to throw out my three month old TV tomorrow and go get a new one from amazon or Newegg!!!! Thanks @bestbuy
RecommendedYesterday our refrigerator decided to quit, not a great time considering that we are in the midst of a pandemic. I called the store and they told us to come in, go to the curbside pickup, and they would help us from there. I should mention that by the time we got there we had a half hour before closing. Genesis Bar/Geek Squad for Apple iPhone was outstanding. Easy appointment, fixed iPhone in less than 1-hr. Alicia at the Geek Squad counter was amazing; fast, efficient, very helpful, communicated clearly and very pleasant on a Sunday night! Why drive to an Apple store when Best Buy provided everything. I’d like to give *Jake* a shout out in the cell phone department. I went today to possibly do an upgrade for my iPhone. Jake made the whole process so easy and such a great experience. I can’t think of a time upgrading my phone was sooo easy and fun. While waiting for all my data to transfer to my new phone he performed a little magic on the side. Well done Jake you get 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.
Thanks guys!! The mini fridge works great!! The price of it is awesome too! We are all happy and with the Best Buy service also! Glad the Elgin stores called and we were able to purchase it right on time
