i have had several bad experiences at this location.
Excellent service. I don't know the man's name that helped me but he was a big help both time's I came in. He's Very informative, helpful and all around great customer service in the t.v and dvd section.
Avoid this store and Best Buy in general as they do not uphold their “Price Match Guarantee”. All they guarantee is to be rude to customers. I went into the store to purchase an item. I checked everything I could find on the Best Buy website about the Price Match Guarantee before going. I made sure I met all the criteria. I attempted to purchase the item and asked for the Price Match and was told that they would not price match to a store that was not in the same state.
