I usually don’t have any problem with Best Buy, but unfortunately, with this one, I had a hard time with the manager, Fernando he was completely unprofessional, made a mistake To where I had to spend more money because of their mistake, I would highly not recommend this Best Buy due to the poor management and the inexperienced front ends. Fernando should be fired, very unprofessional and scammed me out of my money. He knew he made a mistake and it ended up costing me money that I could’ve saved. He does not train his staff and doesn’t care to void transactions THEY made mistakes on. They then had the audacity to ask if I had a receipt for an item I Couldn’t return! He refused to help me and scammed me at the same. Does the same to employees from other stores.
Great experience, the employees are very helpful and the floor displays are decently sized so you can get to see most of what you want physically.
