Best Buy is a horrible company. If you purchase electronics from here, take a few minutes and hear me out. I have always purchased most of my electronics from BB (Best Buy). From Tv’s, phones, consoles and DVDs, you name it, I have bought it from there. And for the most part I always had pretty descent experiences. The staff is usually pretty helpful and nice. I wish I saw the 2.9 score on your reviews....I would not have come! I came with a functional computer and left with one that I could no longer open! Training to be more respectful to people and their property is strongly recommended at this store! and FYI, the solution of purchasing a new computer after deeming mine "non-functional" is NOT a solution! Maybe rethink this!

Stay away. No communication between staff, poor customer service. This store is decaying within. Worst Store experience I have ever had. I purchased something, was picking an item up and they rejected me because someone who got there after bought two. Management had no problem solving skills or ability to offer an alternative. Glad my money got refunded because I'm probably never going back
Bought a TV, got home to discover the screen was broken out of box. Went back less than a day later to return the Tv and the store wouldn't exchange the product. Called Best Buy's number on my receipt who told me that if returned within 24 hours it should be an automatic return. Went back to the store and the store manager told me that its the product being broken is the manufacturers problem. Will be without a TV for a least a month now til it is resolved. First and last time buying a major purchase from Best Buy.
I have always enjoyed shopping at Best Buy until 9-7-2018. I decided I wanted to replace my sound bar that I bought from Best Buy a couple years ago. Had to make a trip to State College so I decided to see what they had. Found the soundboard in the back of the store. Absolute joke will never be back along with the other three hundred people in line for the ten TVs the piece of shit sore had fuck Best Buy overpriced and Walmart is better!!!!!!
