This is my favorite electronics store. As an elite member, I feel like I have shopping freedom here. We need more stores in my area though.
It is so incredibly difficult to talk to someone at this location. No one answers the phone. No one has any knowledge of inventory levels. And worst of all, no one can answer questions about the products they sale. The only thing good is if you know what you want (and they have it on the shelf) you can get it same day. Otherwise just order on Amazon. They have better customer service, and its just a 2 day wait to get your item delivered.
Store was busy.. .Staff was helping everyone. Associates doing the best they could waiting on customers. And they even entertained us while we waited. Had fun.
I was upset on yesterday at the professionalism of the procedures at Best Buy. I, among other consumer's were told that tickets would be passed out at 8am when the store opened for the Nintendo NES. We found out at7:15 after standing in line out in the cold that all the tickets were given out at 630. They had no answers as to if they would receive any more of the systems and did not care to help anyone in the line. Enjoyed our time in the store , very crowded time with lots of help standing around to talk to about products and to look for what we where looking for , just having to wait for a few days to let some of what we bought to come into the store , it said it was there but nowhere to be found so they had to order part of what we came in to buy , to be exspected this time of the year I guess , that's why only 4 stars
Your customer service is the worst ever. Spent an entire day waiting for your geek squad to show up. No show..... Called the store to see if they were coming. Manager was going to contact them and call me back. No return call. Called the store back stayed on hold 30 minutes. Like I said. Your customer service is a joke!!!!
Been on hold for 15 mins for the one person ahead of me....yea okay.
