I contact tech support and this is what I was told. Agent Vishal: The wait time is 25 hours, your system has to be up and running for 25 hours without going to sleep mode.
You have to have an appointment just to drop something off. I have an external hard drive I was hoping to have worked on. Drove an hour. Never going back.

Order a new Watch series since the first day they open to pre order . Got an empty box send to the house. Probably someone in the wearhouse took my watch and pack me the empty box . So scared to order stuff from Best Buy. And still have not got the new watch that they re order for me. can’t believe this happened to me.
Went in twice. Couldn't get waited on. They lost a thousand dollars sale that went directly to dell.
Sales persons arent helpful unless you look like a rich yuppie
Kevin was amazing! He took the time needed to give us HONEST advice on a new TV, he answered all of our questions, and made the whole transaction supper simple. I am amazed how much technology has changed and how much is involved. They even deliver for free! (Depending on the size of the order). Definitely ask for him, he was a treat to deal with!
