Terrible Customer service!! your sales team has to large of a guaranteed paycheck, they are not hungry for sales and down right lazy! I first walked slowly past 3 assoc. in the electronics department, pausing every now and then to look at tv's, nobody greeted me or ask if i would like assistance. I have been a loyal customer for several years at Best Buy, but the recent service both at the mankato store and at the service center has been terrible. Not sure why I purchased a 3 yr warranty. I've been trying to get my sons laptop fixed to use for school since April and now the warranty has expired and it's still at the service center. It's a 3 year old basic Dell lap top, why not just replace it, isn't that what the warranty is for at this point. Dont ever buy anything from this store I purchased a Samsung note 9 from here. Had antenna issues less then 30 days after buying. With in stores warranty. They did nothing. Gave me new sim card. Didn't fix the problem. On 5th time guy gives me Samsung number. Contact samsung. Samsung admitts that there is antenna problem and told me to take my phone back to this location to get fixed or a new phone. And the store says we can't do anything for you.
