BB has a large selection and great prices. But the service is absolutely dreadful. I can never get help in the store without waiting for 15-30 minutes. I just tried to order something on the phone that should have taken no more than 10 minutes. (I had the item number price and all the information available.) It took 29 minutes. I had to repeat everything a minimum of 3 times and wait on hold while she asked for help to enter the order. It's too bad that such a good store has such lousy service.
this one is a good store. They helped me right away to find what I was looking for. Also the sales person listened to what I wanted and found an even better deal for me!
