Definitely not somewhere I would go for computer parts or much of anything else. Their employees are not helpful and no I do NOT want your service plan or whatever else you are offering as an extra, please stop asking me. Maybe Best Buy should have their cashiers wearing a pin that says ask about our reward zone or service plans so that I don't have to keep hearing the same thing. Bad experience never resolved. I took a computer in for geek squad work, had to pay manufacturer to send out software after repair was "complete." Complained to Geek Squad and they did nothing. No longer my first choice for big ticket items.
