Customer Service Non-Existent – Do NOT purchase anything at this store if you think there is even the slightest chance you will need to return it. The management at this store simply does NOT staff the Customer Service counter with adequate staff. I purchased a VGA monitor extension cord which I didn't need. Friendly staff! – I stopped at this Best Buy to get a new GPS after mine stopped working on a weekend trip to Nashville. I was impressed! I'm not sure where the negative reviews come from, but they are simply not true. The staff was friendly, from the guy who greeted me at the door and pointed me to the correct department, to the guy who helped me choose a GPS. He was very knowledgable and very helpful. I am glad I was able to find a place so reliable to help me in my "emergency". I would definitely return.

Good store for movies – I buy most of my Blu-rays at Best Buy. Their prices are necessarily the cheapest (at least after release week), but their selection is top notch. Almost always have what I'm looking for. The staff is friendly, too.

Odd? – I've read a lot of the reviews for this best buy and i am quite apalled. I've lived her neary 8 years and we shop at THIS best buy religiously. I've never had a problem with extended warranty, and honestly i don't know what a RAIN CHECK is so maybe the associate didn't either. And certain corparate branches tell their associates not to do something unless you ask, so don't expect someone to do something just because it's common sense; they might not be allowed to until you ask. Good service, nice employees – I came in this store to buy a new tv for my bedroom and the customer service that I received far exceeded my expectations after reading some reviews online. The young man that helped me pick out my tv was very polite and respectful of the price range that I had in mind. We found a tv that fit my budget and he even convinced me to upgrade my old dvd player to Bluray. Great experience, I will definitely be back for some gifts in a few months.

Give this store a chance! – After reading all of the negative reviews on here, I was very hesitant to shop at this Best Buy location. I live in Brentwood, so it is only a 10 minute drive from my house, but I generally shop online instead of coming into stores. worst store ever – I bought a very expensive camera a few years ago from a different best buy, after almost 4 years of ownership, the ccd panel on it went back, I had given up on it and bought a new one because the repairs were too expensive. 3 days after purchasing the new camera from a different store I got a letter on the mail from best buy telling me that my warranty of the damaged camera was due to expire in 3 months and that I could renew it. AWESOME !!! – i like walking into a store where im not pressured to buy anything. the sales people are not paid on commission so i just get an honest answer from the associates. i love rock band... and now i want to learn how to play real guitar... and guess what they just added a musical instrument department and they teach lessons.

NO FUNCTIONING ELECTRONICS IN THE STORE???!!??! – My Rating: Less Than Zero. So last week I go to the store to buy a camcorder (now called a miniDV recorder or HD recorder). They had a good selection. The problem is, that probably 75% of the electronics on the display case DID NOT WORK. In most cases they simply did not have electricity going to the camcorder itself.
