Usually helpful.. inventory could be better.. i have to drive to other branches to find things that I need and even then items are not available and have to be ordered.

I was shopping at the Dulles Town Crossing store yesterday and had a very unpleasant experience. Let me preface this email by saying I usually shop at the Reston Store and have never had an unpleasant interaction with any of the staff. I walked into the Dulles Town Crossing store wheeling in one of your shopping carts that was left in the parking lot.
