Ordered a TV from them. Asked if they could hold it for 2 more weeks due to our new construction house. And they ended up sending it back and give us a gift card and not our cash back!!! F-
Accused of stealing Customer service rep accused me of stealing. Tonight, I bought a set of earphones on clearance (they appeared to be an open box but still had the security device on them; the seal was removed, however). I was excited and opened them as soon as I got to my car. Knowledge low - prices High – I just ordered a refrigerator filter for the water online at Amazon that was basically half (57%_ less expensive than the Best Buy price. This is the trend with all their items. Knowledge level is low and prices are high. There is no option in the area as of 2011.

it really is the best buy! Best buy has great deals on electronics and appliances. I love shopping there because the store is easy to navigate around and there are always employees so willing to help out.
