If I could give a zero I would. I have gotten shitty service from day one (ripped off by geek squad and have had an employee ask to buy a laptop from me off the clock AFTER he told me it wasn't fixable) and now I have loved ones working for you guys and they get treated like shit. Absolutely ridiculous!
