I just left very angry. I live 6 hours away. I went into the store May 29th 2018 and ordered an IMac. Almost $2000.00 was paid for this to be ordered to the store for pickup on Sunday June 3rd. Somehow the order was cancelled. The general manager said she could not get a hold of me so took it upon herself to refund my money with gift cards and reorder the computer. Bought a monitor. Waited till estimated delivery time and yet it didn’t come, came in to discuss what was going on because Best Buy charged my account twice and the order status wasn’t even moving. Bestbuy said they didn’t know and said to just wait, tried calling and no one was there to answer any questions. Go into bestbuy again to be told my order got froze and lost, annoyed. I went in to buy a new stereo receiver, after the one I had was 14 years old. Talked to Brennan ,he answered any and all my questions . came out with a good deal on a Yamaha .
I'm writing from the parking lot of Walmart. I just left the Best Buy in Farmington. Stood there with a new phone in my hand waiting to buy it, had a few questions. Walked around looking for anyone to assist me but everyone was too busy. After 15 minutes I finally left.
