Goes to show that Best Buy and their gig toward still on that number one on the bus been sitting outside and a parking spot number area like I was told to do and online it says they’ll be out in 25 minutes and find out that their system is down and that the geek squad can’t even fix the problem so not sure how good the geek squad is it shows how they care about their customers will never recommend them again but have to come here to get the one product I want because I need it for somebody and no one else has it right now so... read more

We drove down to this store because the stores near us didn’t have the product we needed. We were returning one lap top for another. The team member who helped us wanted to make sure weren’t going to run into the same issue we had with one we had previously bought. He was knowledgeable and willing to take the time to help us even with the COVID-19 situation. He processed our return and got our new laptop with to us in a timely fashion! Thanks for running a great curbside pick up and keeping us all safe!

horrible customer service . faulty products and they treat you like you're in the wrong for not wanting crappy stuff.
While the other shoppers there may be rude af, the managers, staff, and cashiers were helpful, efficient and got my friends and I out of the store as quickly as possible.
Had an appointment with geek squad and was ignored. No sense of customer service whatsoever
