DO NOT EVER PRE-ORDER A PHONE AT BEST BUY. I preordered a phone for in store pickup 2 weeks before release date of the Samsung S22. Well here it is, the day the phone is released, and guess what. NO PHONE. Tried calling them but the store cant be bothered to pick up the phone so I could not find out if it was in. Drove 45 minutes to the store and was told "sorry your phones not here".
